HICOAT是專為超高溫（220℃）極端工況研發(fā)的油基鉆井液輔乳化劑。通過分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，在極限溫度下保持高強(qiáng)度界面吸附性能，協(xié)同主乳化劑顯著提升乳液熱穩(wěn)定性與抗破乳能力。具有優(yōu)異的高溫高壓濾失控制性及抗鹽鈣污染性能，有效維持深井、超深井鉆井液流變穩(wěn)定，降低高溫增稠風(fēng)險，保障井下安全與作業(yè)效率。
HICOAT is an auxiliary emulsifier specifically designed for oil-based drilling fluids operating under ultra-high temperature (220°C) extreme conditions. Through innovative molecular structure design, it maintains strong interfacial adsorption capacity at extreme temperatures, significantly enhancing the thermal stability and demulsification resistance of the emulsion when used synergistically with the primary emulsifier. It possesses excellent HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) fluid loss control and resistance to salt and calcium contamination, effectively maintaining the rheological stability of drilling fluids in deep and ultra-deep wells, reducing the risk of high-temperature thickening, and ensuring downhole safety and operational efficiency.
